• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days
• Delivery: 7-14 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
• Tracking: A tracking link and number will be sent to your email once your order ships.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
• Process:
• Email support@thekronhaus.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
